In-home Newborn RN visit
Best for: New or anxious moms who want reassurance, a home assessment, and expert teaching from a NICU RN.
What’s Included:
• 1 in-home visit (2-3 hrs)
• 1 virtual follow-up visit (45–60 min)
• Unlimited texting/calls until 9 p.m. for 30 days
New Member Price:
$425
Newborn Concierge RN Package
Best for: Families who want ongoing support, confidence-building, and regular guidance from a NICU expert.
What’s Included:
• 1 in-home visits per week (2 hrs each) for 30 days
(4 total in person visits)
• 1 virtual check-in every week
• Unlimited texting/calls until 9 p.m. for 30 days and up to 60 days
New Member Price:
$300 a visit plus unlimited text and virtual check ins
$1200 for plan
N.I.C.U Baby Steps Concierge Package
Best for: NICU graduates, preemies, medically fragile infants, and parents with high anxiety or trauma around birth/NICU stay
What’s Included:
• 2 in-home visits per week (2-3 hrs each) x1 month
• 2 virtual check-ins per month
• Customized care plan & monitoring
• Unlimited texting/calls until 9 p.m. for 30 days and up to 60 days
• Priority scheduling & post-NICU support
